Clean, excellent location, all you could require (appliances etc), parking a short walk away (I struggle with walking regularly but it wasn;t anywhere near as far as maps show. It's a 7 minute very slow walk from the dedicated parking space up the lane.

Perhaps not fair to a degree but I'm 68 with fibromu=yalgia so struggle with sleeping on anything that isn't a medium at most wuality mattress. The mattress felt more budget but wold be fine for most people i'm sure. The sofabed (my 32 yr old son used) was just that, a thin mattress on a sprung base but then to be fair to the excellent hosts, the aprtment is advertised as a double room for 2. Again, due to my own health issues, the dedicated sofa was too low for me to use. Overall, we were very pleased and communication from the host was first rate. Thanks

Breakfast N/A The location was merely a short walk into the city, and easy access to a variety of restaurants. Parking at the rear of the house was so convenient. The property couldn't have been more perfect.

Absolutely horrible stay rooms are fine halls and corridors look like an episode of Law and Order what a state and they stank, to be very honest the apartment as soon as u got in was not too bad.

Headboard rocking, bed not comfortable, very rude unprofessional staff take a random £150 deposit thats fine and well people have assets to safeguard i understand however if u say ur going to release the refund automatically within 2 weeks and im waiting around a month for my deposit aswell as staff saying theyve sent an email in regards and that its a bank problem… ive waited a month for a refund and another 3 days for an email and the employees have blocked me after i messaged and rang them before i even told them what my issue was NO professionalism atall they look like they just got in from latvia and set up their scam organisations last week with the intention of taking money away from people purposely ik the accusations are serious but if u had been dealt with the way i have u would also believe theres something very strange about the business and going to the reception to check in will tell u everything u need to know

The wow factor of the hotel when you walk in. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The location is amazing for the Utilita Arena.

The cost of the drinks in the hotel. We often stay in hotels but found this to be one of the most expensive at £7 for a bottle of Corona and £15 for a large Pino. We had our children and expected to drink after the show in the hotel bar, but ended up going upstairs for an early bed instead. We are not cheap skates but thought it was overcharging and we don't like that.

We arrived and there was people's stuff everywhere, and lots of bottles of alcohol, suggesting someone else had access to the property. As four young women we immediately felt very unsafe so rang them - they said through a 'back-end mistake' it was double booked so they would move us to an alternative property - we felt a little uncertain getting into a car with them but we didn't have much choice. They took us to another property, which seemed empty (although there was black mould in the bathroom) but shortly after they left, a man turned up there and accessed the property as he had been booked there and hadn't been informed of any cancellation. At this point we were forced to book a separate hotel last minute which cost us more and since then they have been avoiding contact with booking.com so not to refund us. It's been over two weeks and no sign of compensation and to be honest, it's causing me to lose trust with booking.com. I would be wary to book with them again.
