Lovely hotel staff brilliant but the only downfall was the bedroom could do with abit of an upgrade. The bathroom was lovely and modern but the room was abit shabby and too much furniture that wasn’t needed. Breakfast staff and neal was brilliant.

The property was spotless and the owners had not only provided all of the essentials which I’ve often not been left with in a holiday home (kitchen cleaner, toilet paper etc), they set up a tremendous afternoon tea with a bottle of Prosecco.

What a great find this hotel was. Every staff member was helpful, kind and considerate. We took our dog and it was no trouble at all. We stayed just one night but we could not fault it at all. Thank you

Lovely little terrace house, beautiful inside, felt very much at home. Huge rooms with plenty of space, lovely garden also to enjoy the views out the back.

Location , near everything, shops park and the railway station. Quiet, even though it was near a pub .

First impressions were , clean and a good size , however after the rain nowhere to leave a wet brolly , coats dripping on the carpet. The mixer tap on the bath is faulty, couldn't just wash our hair , the washing machine draw was black , didn't use it just wanted to rince some wet clothes , the hallway could in our opinion benefit from another banister for safety reasons , also the sofa had hairs on it , some of the kitchen cupboards inside still had ring marks from the glasses and cups , also a discusting dish cloth was left , .We didn't take any towels , we had to share one . Disappointed sorry 😞.

The location of the property is very good and the size of the room was what we were expecting too.

There was a LOT of rubbish in the back yard which we could see from the room. It felt like the property had been abandoned for a while or used a dumpster. The beds weren't made, the showers were terrible (very little water and extremely hot water). The wi-fi network that is in the signs around the property no longers exists and we were only able to access the wi-fi with the help of one of the people who live at the property.
