Exceptionally clean and well presented rooms with everything you need for a comfortable night's stay. Restaurant facilities convenient and staff were really friendly. Breakfast very good with great selection, caters for every need. Dinner in restaurant was good and arrived very quickly. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Check in and check out made very easy. We loved the accessibility to the terminals takes a lot of stress out of getting to check in on time. Not too busy and good atmosphere throughout. Would stay again as great value for money and would recommend to other travellers.

I have stayed here several times and know I will get a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. The location suits the purpose of my visit and the free public parking just round the corner is a big plus point. The hotel is always spotlessly clean

It was busy and very noisy at night - there was a wedding so I guess lots of party people. Also had to pay extra to get access to the balcony - and it was very warm.

Location of room! Up A flight of stairs long walk to lift then long walk to room. Not the best signposting. Carparking too far from hotel and £30 to park.

Very mediocre breakfast with cramped layout of facilities for customers selecting food and beverages. No adequate water pressure in bathroom and lack of heat for washing and shaving. This was reported to the reception area who said they would send an engineer. We were later told that nothing could be done but that no-one else had complained. The Toilet seat was not secured properly in our bathroom and could have caused a fall when sitting down or getting up. On the whole the room clearly needed upgrading The fire alarm was activated on Wednesday morning at about 10 a.m. There was no warning that this would happen and no information or assistance from our room on the 4th floor (we are both in our 80’s)

It really needs updated. Breakfast was really low standard. Buffet was bare. Staff not that friendly. Weird layout. Food standard was poor. No aircon. Dated bathroom with no ability for air to get in and out so it smelled of damp. Wasnt able to get an ice bucket to my room
