The hotel is close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge and is surrounded by transport links . The rooms are a great size and are clean and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with continental and cooked choices . The staff were very friendly and helpful , and we would definitely stay again.

The bar/lounge area was not open but there are plenty of other places close by . There is no restaurant at the hotel

Lisa is the perfect host! Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean & very comfortable. My hot Breakfast was lovely and made to order, along with a generous pot of tea and fresh Orange juice. It's everything you could wish for. Will definitely stay there again.

WiFi was absolutely terrible at the hotel and was restricted from any streaming on the TV. Not what I expected from a 4star hotel. No access to the spar and overpriced.

The bed was very poor, the exit light was on full strength all night making the room bright and with it being on street level with no double glazing the outside noise was constant through the night, resulting in no sleep
