Sue the owner was amazing I asked if I could turn up early by some 2 hrs and it wasn’t a problem. I cannot remember sleeping so well in fact I woke up 1 hr 45 mins later than normal….and I am up on the dot at 7 am every morning. I could not recommend the hotel enough. Staff were all friendly the room was spotless as was the en suite. I will definitely be going to the Kingsley hotel on my return visits to Bournemouth. The breakfasts are second to none as previous reviews shows.

Kitchen very comfortable and fully equipped. Very good cleaning The location is fabulous, and I can go walking to Big Ben . Station 200m Bus stop at the door Restaurants,small shopping, and pub in the street . I very recommend

Room was immaculate and we had complimentary drinks as well. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and had plenty to chose from. If we were in the area again would definitely stay there again.

Hot tub was class and the lodge was spotless. Amazing views from the lodges, we even got lucky and caught the Northern Lights on our stay!

Dirty bedding with long black hairs on and in the bed, shower had grit lying in the bottom, hairs in the sink. The bed was against the wall on one side where the wall was damp with flaking paper. The room was up 3 flights of stairs and shared stairs with a Pool hall. The fire escape door was broken and had stuff piled up in front of it.
