The location was great. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was small and quite basic although the small patio with views of the beach and sea helped. Had the weather been warmer I'm sure we'd have used the patio more. Breakfast was included and the lady taking the orders was nice and friendly.

The room for the 2 nights we stayed was fine, but it lacked the room for storage for a longer stay. The included breakfast took ages to arrive after ordering, one guest ordered toast and even this took 20+ minutes. The cooked breakfast was OK, but nothing special the bacon was dry and overcooked..

The staff were awesome and helped a tonne! They let me in after I thought I was not going to make it, and made my morning with a coffee.

Arriving on a Sunday morning, there was no restaurant or bar options throughout the day at all other than self serve drinks in a fridge in reception. The bar didn't open until 5pm on the Sunday which was far too late in my view. Access and parking were a nightmare also - the designated parking spaces are a hazard to anyone!

I stayed here last week in room 5 which was at the back of house small but fine. This week I stayed in room 6 at front of house. The noise from the road continued throughout the night. The right hand window catch was broken. The shower doors didn’t fully close soaking the floor. No pillows foam cushions wrapped in pillow cases. Carpet covered in stains. When I went to reception at 10 pm to see if I could move reception was shut. Never again

Parking was an issue as we didn’t get permits as we arrived. Wasn’t clear as we booked that we had to ask for them.
