We were a group of four friends walking the Pembrokeshire coastal path and Little Haven was one of our overnight stops. The village is charming with stunning views and walks, and our stay in Pendyffryn manor was great. We had two beautifully appointed rooms on the first floor with the front room having views two ways out to the bay and the village. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked well and tea and coffee were welcome. The breakfast was the best we had with superb omelette and eggs/bacon. Paul, the host is very approachable and helpful and gave me information during e mail exchange that made our travels easier, for example a luggage transfer service and the need to book for Skomer island to see the puffins on line (previously you could queue in person). There was also a book shelf with extremely useful travel books/maps with open access. The local pub serves really good food and the lobster rolls from Lobster and Mor remain an absolute treat.

If you arrive with a car, be aware that there is limited parking at the property (as in general for the whole village) and you will not find parking along the roadsides. There is a village car park where you may need to pay cash, as mobile phone reception is tricky in the village so downloading the carpark payment app becomes impossible. It is £6 for the day. Paul warns about this on his site.

I really enjoy the view outside my window. There is a beautiful landscape, and I can see birds building nests under the eaves

bathroom sink in my room is a bit clogged, and the water drains very slowly.Another issue is that there are no charging points available at each bed. Everyone has to gather around a single table to charge their devices, which is a little inconvenient.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from the train station and the underground. Perfect for a 24 hour visit to London.

The location was great, close to footpaths and very quiet with excellent views.

The cottage was kitted out like a student flat. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed in the lounge diner area was poor quality.

Would have preferred bedding to have mattress and pillow protectors. Slight stain on duvet cover. Shame there was no real ale in the bar in the night of our stay

Not much, nice staff.

Almost everything. The rooms were dated and not clean. Spiders came out of my pillows. Damp stench coming from the rooms. Bless the staff they tried to offer other room options. No elevator on premises so have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Breakfast was okay, although hashbrowns were reheated. I will not be staying here ever again.
