The staff were especially attentive my wife was a bit unwell during our stay and the attention Donal, Shiela and Ben gave her was excellent. Really went above and beyond. Found the facilities excllent bed was huge and confortable. Hotel was clean and is in a pretty good location. Its central to pretty much every where you want to go and is quiet at night due to being off the main road.

To be honest i read other reviews about cleanleness not being up to par. I didit see it. My room, the halls, lobby were exceptionaly clean. I would point out there is renovation work going on at the minute, work creates dust, to the people complaining about a bit of dust maybe be a bit more realistic, get a tiler or joiner in yourself and see what happens.

Large living area? Room to move. 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both on the small side, but invaluable to have separate rooms. Close to station and shops. Police cars everywhere, which concerned us at first. But then we found out that the police station was just behind us and it was actually a very safe area because of this. Comfortable stay.

Street noise from the pub was quite loud, but we found out that there was a very big international soccer match on that night. The next night was a lot quieter.

Beautifully presented apartment, spotlessly clean with all the little extras which made our stay more comfortable. Melanie was available via Booking.com and answered queries promptly. The view when we approached the apartment is stunning..thank you!

Room looked nothing like the pictures, whoever did that editing deserves a better job. Tv on the wall didn’t work, found an old covid (used) mask tucked away in the draw, the place is just completely and utterly run down, needs a good old refurb the carpets are older then the battle of Hastings.
