Location was perfect. The 3/4 bed a good size and I found the mattress & bedding very comfortable. Room temperature was good & windows usable. Shower was great , water pressure& temperature was good. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming & to my dog.

The washbasin was too small for anything other than handwashing & the tap in the way for face washing. The breakfast was delivered in the wrong order so had to be reheated , then it was too hot. Granola was in the menu as ‘with fruit compote & yoghurt’. It arrived minus compote.

very good value for money; we were travelling from Yorkshire to London, and this hotel was perfectly located for us, so that we could easily drive into London after the morning rush hour. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed; breakfast simple but free.

We weren’t told at check in that there would be a £15 per day charge for staff tips on check out. It was an optional fee but made it a bit embarrassing at check out.

Couldn't reach staff using the hotel phone, tried for over 20 mins to get a hair dryer replaced, once they finally answered the call I waited another 45 minutes for it to be replaced. This wouldn't normally bother me but when you pay extra for a superior suite you expect better service, staff member didn't even apologise for the length of time taken, which would of helped the situation.

We had a deluxe room, while the room itself was lovely. It was clean and mostly comfortable and a fair size, the bed was small. For a deluxe room, I'd expect a larger bed. There is space for it in the room.

Wasn't hotel to blame just noisy guests party till 1.00am but in the end after knocking on asking them to keep it down I called reception they came right up and it quietened for a while and started again I knocked on and said if yous don't pack it I want yous out

Looks scruffy from outside. Stairs narrow and steep with no lift. Could do with hair dryer in room. Entrance area lacked atmosphere.
