The breakfast was fantastic, there was everything you could have wanted. The hosts Niki and Mark couldn't do enough for us. We had a sea view room which was very clean and tidy with plenty towels and soap. The shower was good too. You only have to ask if you need extra of anything eg, tea,coffee, milk etc. The rooms are on the small side but big enough for myself and my husband. There is a small car park at the front of the hotel which is an added bonus.

The staff were very friendly and the location of the property was great, with just a short walk to the beach etc. breakfast was lovely. Interesting place with a cool Motor bike in the window at breakfast. They had marmite sachets.

Our room was above the bar, so quite noisy. No option for brown toast at breakfast :/ although we could have maybe specified this on the breakfast form. Unfortunately the shower was dirty and black marks on the duvet cover and pillow. I don’t normally check rooms out and just get on with it if the bed is comfy. Couldn’t open the window and the room was roasting hot. Squeeky bed.

The view from the property was impressive. The donkey sanctuary next door is brilliant and well worth a visit. The lodge was clean and comfortable.

The site consists of many lodges it is tired and lacking TLC, outside furniture needs replacement across the whole site.
