We forgot to bring the euro plug adaptor and were using the usb port to charge our devices. The usb port stopped working due to a powercut and the staff provided us with a plug to charge our devices.   Struan House was exceptional for our one night stopover. The hosts were very welcoming,and our room was fabulous. Breakfast was one of the highlights with the communal table where conversation flowed between other guests. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

  Buckie is very limited with regard eating out. As for the general area we could not comment because of our short stay there.

  Location of The Angel is perfect for exploring Cardigan and surrounding visitor attractions and provision of nearby free car parking is great

  The room is located on the second floor and there is no lift but the reception staff will carry your bags up if required. It would be great if breakfast was available and Sunday accommodation was provided but accept that the price reflects these drawbacks

  As far as I experienced, it is nothing and it was a terrible experience.

  The room has a false description and it is misleading. I booked a room with a quiet street view , but the noise level from the street is extremely loud. The staff has no customer service skills and stayed in my room in the middle of the night to blame me and booking.com non-stop because I complained about the room. Then they came to my room around 12:30am to ask me to leave and threatened me to get the police to arrest me because I asked the staff to leave my room. They cancelled my booking at mid of night and asked me to leave around 1am , mid of night. I waited in the room whole night for police to come as I am happy to leave witt police for security reasons in the mid of night, but no one came. I did not have any rest.... Now , I realised that it was a game. Second day, when I left , I complained about this to staff. The staff videoed me. I asked him to stop, he said he did not video me, but I found the video of me on this phone with his permission. He deleted video , but refused to delete from the bin on the phone. I tried to call police and he finally deleted the video from his bin on the phone.
