Beautiful setting with walking straight from the doorway, and the owners more than happy to explain the area and it’s history and to advise where to go. My single bedroom was perfect and I could sit at my window in the evening and look across to the stables opposite where riding lessons were happening and watch people stroll along the bridle path. Everything you need is in the room, including a fridge to keep drinks and my salads (for dinner) cold. A microwave and access to dinner plates and cutlery to heat food readily available. The room has a smart tv so I didn’t even need my iPad. I had full access to a beautifully kept idyllic garden to sit peacefully and relax. Breakfast included was lovely, the choices were endless. I had fresh juice, cafetière coffee, thick toast and honey plus wonderful poached eggs mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. The hosts are warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the local area and keen to chat and make you feel very welcome.

Nothing to dislike at all

My parents came to visit me in Weymouth and stayed there. They were really happy with everything. Right in the city centre, view on the harbour from their bedroom and view on the beach from the dining room. Real English breakfast and the hosts have their guests change seats every morning so everyone can enjoy sitting in the bow window for at least 1 breakfast during their stay. Sarah has also been very patient given my parents' ability in English isn't the best. My mum was still happy to be able to chat for a bit!

I suppose if there were one small thing to be fussy about was that the water takes a little while to warm up in the bathroom. The hosts warned us about it though, and it's honestly nothing surprising. Still not enough to lower the score they want to give to the place! They really enjoyed their stay!

1. Good location, close to Great Portland Street Station, and Warren Street Station is also not far away. 2. Tesco and Sainsbury are nearby as well as some restaurants. 3. Kitchen is very large. It’s comfortable to cook some meals.

1. Shower head cannot be fixed. Show box is a little bit small. 2. Almost no storage box for each one in the room to keep belongings.

Lovely and well maintained detached house. Huge patio area with plenty of seating. Probably a sun trap if its out. Friendly helpful hosts easy to contact . Quiet area with very little noise. would recommend.
