Fantastic hotel with professional friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals we ate there were of a very good quality. Room was large and very comfortable and clean. Pool area and outside areas immaculate as were the lounges. Special mention to Victor who went above and beyond in arranging a room suitable for my husband's disability.

Nothing really. If I was to be extra critical I'd say breakfast service could sometimes be inconsistent. In the room a hook for a towel near entry to the shower would have been appreciated as would a grab rail. A little bit away from things in location so having a car was helpful in particular as the weather wasn't good during our stay.

We stayed at the Rosslea Hall Hotel for 2 days we had a lovely stay ! No complaints room was lovely bed was huge We had our evening meal with friends and the food was lovely

Price was ok for what you got. Great location. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. No curfew, and easy entry system.

Bathroom was very cramped and struggled at times. The shower had very poor pressure and amount of water that came out. For the price, one out the two would have worked. There was a lot of dust in the edges of the room and I could tell that a deeper clean would have been welcomed in the room. Bed was ok but could feel the springs if the mattress.

We had a room that didn’t lock and when we told someone we weren’t offered to move so we ended up checking out early and going home as we did not feel safe. Our keycards stopped working halfway through our stay which also did not help the situation. Room wasn’t overly clean, very dusty

I had a disability accessible room. It was accessible. The photos on my booking and the description were 'walk in shower' i needed a walk in shower and didnt get one. The bath was too high for me to get into so i couldnt even shower after paying £112.50p for the night. I was too exhausted due to my disability to change rooms even if i had been offered a different room. The pull cord in the bedroom for emergency help was pulled up behind the wardrobe so couldnt have used it if i needed to. The receptionist told me the hotel will have nice shiny new rooms soon after the renovation when i told her about the issues i had. I told her that didnt help me the night before when i couldnt fully access the room i paid for. If i was in a wheelchair maybe she would have listened but as i have a hidden disability she didnt care and just smirked at me. I sent an email to the hotel almost a week ago and havent had a response. Disgusting customer service.
