Great hotel for pre holiday stay. Location was perfect for Terminal 3 departures which was easy to get to via covered walkway. Runway bar was lovely too. Good choice of food & drink. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely stay again if flying from London Heathrow.

1) Very good location, 2) great staff (looked a lovely pub but sadly didn't get a chance to experience), 3) good breakfast 4) very handy for free parking if available, 5) comfy beds.

Few minor issues with the twin room but nothing major: 1) The smell from the bathroom (not pleasant) 2) Blown light in bathroom. 3) Exposed wiring in ceiling light 4) Annoying drip just outside window

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Location is beautiful and the house and room were excellent.

Unfortunately, I was unwell and spent most of the visit in the room. On the last night I phoned reception and asked for some more toilet rolls, these never arrived, but luckily I didn't need them.

Very narrow stairs and lack of elevator, unnecessary furnitures in the very small room and pillows and additional items on bed that serves as a decoration but are not hygienic

Cost me £25 to park and another £9 for WiFi so an affordable nights stay quickly becomes expensive.

the room was very worn down and not kept on top of. didn’t sleep very well as there was noise coming from restaurant/bar until early hours. walls very thin and could hear everything going on in hallways. both times we tried the restaurant dinner and breakfast we couldn’t be seated as they were ‘too busy’, even though there was only 2 of us. it stunk like someone had been smoking in and around our room.

Please stay away from this site if you have tools or valuables on boards. Woke up in the morning to find a hole drilled into my van and all my tools taken. Costing nearly 2 grand. Hotel manager said he heard car alarms at 4am but didnt bother to check Another 2 vans along with mine shared the same fate and it obviously happens alot
