I love the location, private parking for your car, plenty of cutlery, linen, dishes and pans. Very private with easy access. Very clean. Hope to return again soon for a longer stay.

There was not really anything wrong but just a couple of things to note. Main bedroom window didn't shut or open properly, one table light not working in sitting room and freezer needs defrosting. These were insignificant and did not spoil our stay there.

The staff were notably friendly and helpful. Food was first-class albeit over-priced. Bed was comfortable. Good 'pub' atmosphere.

Both the food and the accommodation were over-priced. There is no sound-proofing - understandable in an old building like this - but that meant that all sorts of odd sounds could be heard in the bedroom. Confusion over billing arrangements with booking.com

The room was very small - and we had paid extra for the superior room. The bathroom is not separated from the shower so the whole room is wet including the toilet if you have a shower. There is no room service but restaurants are in the terminal. No in room fridge either. It was quite expensive but I guess you have to pay that for the convenience of being in the terminal.

At arrival a room u der ground offered for our 10 days stay. Room cleaning without exception late in afternoon and not clean (floor not vacuumed daily, glasses and cups not cleaned). Call at 23:30 related to room payment which was done at arrival, including a second full charging of the room without information. Overall very disappointing for returning guests who spend 16 nights in this hotel over the last 6 months.

The lift was broken on arrival, not an issue, but the stairwell had a very bad ‘bin’ smell. Once the lift was back in operation, it was fine. Unfortunately, the second bedroom in our apartment was extremely dark, as it was facing a brick wall in the dark walkway to the apartment. Motion lighting outside the apartment did not always work, but would come on several times in the night illuminating the room. Also unable to open the window as easily broken in to. Shower left a large pool of water on the floor, as per previous reviews.
