Everything was perfect... so clean and very modern... bathroom was nust Wow 🤩 after long days of exploring Wales it was nice to come back to the apartment and relax. Very high standard... thats what you need ...I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely come back...

Shower pressure was wonderful and strong and plenty of warmth. Great view from window. I stayed on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the view. Receptionist was lovely and friendly

The property is very handy for The Piece Hall, about a 10-15 minute walk away. The food at the venue has a good reputation.

The bathroom was very small, the toilet seat kept shifting when you sat on it and the sanilav system was extremely noisy. I could not bend over the wash basin without burning myself on the radiator behind and it was difficult to access the shower because everything was so cramped. The pillows on the bed need updating. The size of the kettle is too big to fill it in the small basin in the bathroom.

Really good location for St Pancras and Kings Cross. Easy to get a tube to Leicester Square for shopping and Theatres.

The room was exceptionally small, so wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of nights. The bathroom was also small - barely room to turn around! The downside of the location was the noise on the streets outside - it was very hot the night we stayed and couldn't open the window.

Loose tap in kitchen, electrical socket hanging off the wall in the bedroom that had a lamp plugged into it. Cleaners need to clean under the rim of the toilet as black marks visible as soon as you look at the toilet. Screws hanging out of hallway door knob. Carpet looked very dirty..
