  My friend and I were very happy with our accommodation, and the staff were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Our apartment had a Castle view, as we’d booked, and made our stay feel extra special. We noticed that the kettle in our apartment had been damaged by a previous guest, so we reported this without further delay. A member of staff at Reception replaced the kettle and was very apologetic. The location of the property was spot on and we could not have been happier. Thank you!

  My only quibble would have been that electrical appliances should ideally be inspected following each guest checking out to ensure they are safe and in good working order for the next guest. Aside from this, our stay was excellent!

  Very friendly staff, good breakfast though it cost extra. Allowed to leave luggage there for the day., excellent location for train and ferry

  Shower in Room 1 was terrible. Worst I have ever used in my life. Although the dial showed many points from hot to cold, one point was scalding, move it back one and it was cold. Tried it many times then gave up.
