Owners were brilliant from start to finish, made us feel at very much at home. The pool was amazing. Hot tub wasn't working but waived the fee for the sauna instead which was a great gesture. Only disappointing thing was that we were only there for 1 night! Will certainly be back!!

Great location a stone throw from Margate old town centre and 5 minutes from the coastal path. The host is very friendly and accommodating!

The TV and wifi did not work in our room which was 104, when we went down to report these issues we were told the tv problem was due to an outside supplier issue and it would be resolved within 2 hours …. It wasn’t so we had no TV for the entirety of our stay. We were told our room was in a wifi black spot so again no Wi-Fi for the entirety of our stay. To add to this we have stayed at the Ibis 3 times in the last 9 months because of its value for money BUT we’ve never had a TV that worked!!!

Upgraded to a superior room but it was very standard, should never have upgraded. Room was very standard and bed was broken which made you nearly roll off it. Our window was very near storage, on the morning there were workers talking loudly, no chance of a lay in even if we wanted to! Staff very unorganised, no one actually welcomed you when book in- considering we paid £100+ for the night. Did not purchase breakfast- ordered 2 coffees on morning of departure which took over 10 minutes to make, that was after we found a member of staff to serve us. We travelled down the road to a local farm for breakfast which was lovely. Disappointing stay at The Limes, wouldn’t recommend, not value for money.
