The new guys running the place really make this place, they made my daughter feel really special and was a home from home for both of us. They are doing up the property really nice. Really comfortable and relaxed stay. Really went out of their way for us to make our stay great.

Easy location for university. Room was comfortable for 3 adults, and perfectly adequate accommodation for an overnight stay. Parking on-site was very helpful. Inclusive breakfast was much appreciated, and tasty.

Shower tray had a split in silicone at join with wall which oozed brown liquid when standing under shower. Tea/coffee facilities did not cater for 3 guests in room: 2 bottles of water, 1 packet of x2 biscuits.

Location, ease of parking, clean and so well equipped. Nice touch with the breakfast hamper and also the finishing touches like milk, orange juice, tea, coffee etc.

We had a leak in the room which caused damage to our belongings. The room also had a strong smell of damp. Clearly, there had been a leak in the past as the ceiling had recently been repainted. We were moved from the wet room after the first night.
