Location is great for Marble Arch caves. The property has lovely quirky touches and is obviously restored with love but with super modern conveniences, the shower is hotel standard! Rosemary and Martin are great hosts and go over and above to look after you. Private hot tub with lovely views of Cuilcagh was a bonus. Morning wake up from the puppy hosts was definitely a plus.

We have stayed in this hotel several times with no qualms. It is superbly located in a lively area with a spacious and clean room. It has ample facilities such as an ironing board, iron, blankets, electric fan & bath. It is a very old building so has strong signs of decay, particularly from the outside but don't let that be a deterrent.

It is in a superb central location in a beautiful town. The hotel has a relaxed feel; nevertheless it is run to a high standard. The evening meal was brilliant - perfectly cooked and imaginatively presented. I love the fact that you could see into the kitchen!

Their website was down during our stay, so to find information you needed to ask someone. The staff were always helpful and kind, however

The location was great in the centre just needed to get a bus to Oxford street past the river. Properly nice and neat, has hair dryer, overall comfortable stay.

Little not happy about the sink size since it’s really tiny and water kept spilling over the edge, but since the bathroom is quite a smaller size overall it’s understandable. As well as the water pressure of the shower was very weak.

Fantastic location, great communication from Matt and Steph throughout our stay, would highly recommend for a stay in the heart of the Northern quarter

It can be noisy from the street if it's a particularly lively occasion

Lovely big room. Great shower. Great breakfast. Nice location.

No air conditioning. Felt overlooked in the shower, due to courtyard window. Very soft bed.

The proximity to the train station.

Literally everything. The room was in the basement, it was smelly and the bathroom was dirty. There was a man wandering around the corridors in his underwear. The door didn't lock properly. I felt unsafe.

Friendly staff.

Facilities poorly maintained. Vent cover dropped from the ceiling in the bathroom. Night lamp broken with live wires exposed near the bed. Room was tiny.
