One of the best and most memorable properties where I have stayed. Everything from the location, cleanliness and the facilities provided. The kitchen was well equipped with sufficient utensils to prepare your meals. For those preferring to stay and feel the nature it is a perfect property as you are not very far from the Garve town and still in a nice, serene environment. Would love to stay againg

The gravel path from the parking to the Cottage could be made concrete so that it is convenient to drag and carry your luggage as the wheels of the strollers were getting stuck in the gravels. But not a very serious issue as it was only about 10 to 12 meters so one can lift the luggage.

Absolutely beautiful property and the owner (and family) were very friendly. It is in close proximity to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks shopping. There was amble delivery services too. Property felt very secure, comfortable and just the right size for us (two adults with 2 year old).

We only noticed two issues that were both within the bedroom. First was the door which didn't shut properly, we didn't need to close it so was fine for our stay. The other we noticed was the sound quality on the bedroom TV, we were unable to use this but again not a major issue.

Lovely country cottage with so much history gardens are beautiful and keeps it lovely for the bees n insects a real relaxing stay here and so near everything u need. lovely beaches and hosts very friendly. I will be back took all my fur baby’s too and they loved it also many thanks.

Excellent location. Great base for getting to the harbour and Hipperdrome. Friendly, professional and welcoming staff. Housekeeping keep a very nice room. Ended up staying on my own and felt very safe.

Great location and surroundings. Beautiful hotel with history that comes as a nice surprise. Easy access to Chester.

Not that I don't like it but I think the hotel is very short staffed so orders can take a bit of time and "a bit" can be indefinite... It would be great to have more breakfast options. The hotel reminds guests to keep windows closed due to flies, while it's good to be reminded it would be better if the hotel finds a solution for the flies.
