  Great location , close to the beach and restaurants. Close to Sea Life in Weymouth which is well worth the visit. Our room was spacious, clean and must have been refurbished recently as the bathroom was spotless. Room had all the amenities you expect. I appreciated the super soft towels, very comfy bed and extras for kids like books and toys for the beach. I was surprised how quiet the place was (in a good way). We did not hear the neighbours or any noises from the street so had a good , relaxing break. The hosts were super nice and happy to help. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not have it there. I recommend to Families and couples .

  This property is for a couple. It is in a good location.It has a kitchen which helps if you want to cook etc own food ( have nibbles etc) It is compact like small caravan.Its clean .

  Luxury from the moment you approach the hotel to the minute you walk in your room. It looks amazing, the staff are amazing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in York.
