Location and view were fabulous. The photos don’t do justice to the open views across the mountains. It was our first trip with our 4month old & dogs. We found the pods comfortable & contained all essentials. Amazed by the space, it doesn’t feel cramped as we have experienced in other pods. Daily breakfast at the deck with the view was an added bonus.

We stayed in Farragon & the springs in the bed had worn out. Could do with replacement. Dogs have to be on leash as there are farm animals close by. Not a negative, but might help you to plan with your furry friends.

1. Great location. You can reach the tube station ("Hendon Central") just in 3 minutes walk. You can also catch the bus 113 to Marble Arch (N113 service suits to get you home at night). Visit TFL site for more information. 2. Quiet area. 3. Very friendly personal. 4. Comfortable beds. 5. Good climate in the room.

The hotel is so old. The parking is so cramped. Our room was not cleaned the first day. The second day only the bed was made and towels changed. The toilet was not cleaned and the room was full of dust that we fell sick.

The room had a “tired” appearance with ill fitting cupboard doors, poor quality finishes on skirting boards and dirt on painted wall surfaces. The bathroom door needed oiling and the sink plug was ineffective when the basin was filled with water. The room needed to be refurbished. Not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn hotel.
