Communication prior to excellent; great directions how to get there and let me know where the best place would be to watch the England game. There’s no signal at the hut, which was perfect for me. Literally, you, the hut and nature. Inside is everything you could need and more. The whole place was clean and the shower was lovely.

The bed was a little hard for my liking, but once the light was out, it was pitch black with the sound of the stream running past. I slept like a baby.

Easy access, great parking, friendly staff, location whilst a liitle bit further out from the centre was perfect for us. Room was clean and even had a bath in it ( shower over) This is our 3rd stopover here and would have no reservations at all in recommending it to others.

Nothing, everything was great

General manager extremely helpful in sorting out a late breakfast as meal times / restaurant opening hours did not suit times needed to be at the hospital. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Very convenient for hospital which was the main thing for us
Negative section of review
Breakfast choice very limited especially healthy options eg granola or muesli, limited fruit. Breakfast staff a bit grumpy. No room service to compensate for hospital visits. A few defects in the room eg door hook, light in lobby, room looked ‘tired’

We arrived on Saturday and the door of the shower was blocked from inside by a falling panel. They told us that maintenance will come on Monday only. On Sunday afternoon they offered us another accommodation far away but in the mean time we managed to open the shower door. The shower was unfortunately not clean, probably the cleaner could not enter too. The toilet in the shower did not flush, we had to use one toilet for 4 rooms. In one of the rooms we found used underware and a full garbage bin. Cleaner admitted that they forgot to clean. The floor in the hallway was extremely noisy by every step. If someone went to the toilet in the night everybody woke up. Chairs and carpets in the rooms are very dirty with many stains. Key must be brought back to the pickup location what is very inconvenient with many luggage. A key box for dropoff would be better.

Clean tidy, modern, in a good location, staff was nice

Food potions was small and very over priced. Mattress was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on, it was so thin you could feel the springs.

The bathroom was extraordinarily and unacceptably tiny..if you were over 12 stone you wouldn't be able to fit!!

Shame about the Marstons restaurant. Dirty and poor. Couldn't even get a pint of Pedigree right. Ended up drinking Carslberg in a Marstons pub. Says it all.
