Comfy room, great bed and very toasty (warm). I paid extra for a room with a view of the Clifton Bridge. It did have that, but the limited perspective wasn't quite what I imagined. Lovely hotel bar, but small and quickly filled. View from the breakfast room is, erm, gorgeous! Well positioned for visiting Clifton Village.

No one checked in at all. No staff on site. . No and tea very poor. All info in welcome pack out of date. We messaged a number of the People owned before. The sink and drainage make a terrible sound. The TV does not work. Need a refund but the w owners do not care. If u could give this no stars I would

Our hosts Lorna and Ian made us feel very welcome. The accomodation was very clean and in good decorative order. All staff were very friendly and approachable.They were able to offer us an early breakfast on two days and the food was delicious and freshly prepared.

It is comfortable, welcoming, staff are great, Steve was fantastic with my father helping him to enter and exit the building in his wheelchair. My father who has Dementia felt at ease with Steve. He is a real credit to the Hotel

The room was fantastic for the price. Much larger than I thought it would be and the bed was super comfy. The check-in and check-out experience was a breeze.

I tried the buffet dinner one evening, it could do with some improving. It was more like a set menu rather than a buffet of various dishes like I was expecting. The quality was fair but well worth the price I paid.

Literally just 2 mins away from Stepney Green underground station. It is also good value for money.

Not clean. Would have been great if tables, countertops, and floors were dusted. Floors from main entrance to rooms also needs sweeping or vacuuming, as well as mopped. Would have rated higher if it was more clean.

Overall, great location, comfort and very attentive and helpful staff. Large and comfortable room.

Although the bathroom was made of glass, it did not interfere with privacy, but rather the gap between the wall and the glass that led directly into the toilet. We had to use the open closet door, to avoid the other person watching you do your physical needs. And there was also no support in the bath to put soap and shampoo.
