Staff were fantastic, good value for money on the deal I got, good location, it's an ok hotel and good for the price, food was ok, not gourmet but you get a lot for your money....my review would not have been a good as one if it wasn't for the staff, they are holding that hotel together, really, really great Staff!!!

Disappointed the Pool was closed, the place could do with a lick of paint and some maintenance........but for the money it was bang on......if they did do it up I would happily pay more to go there, as long as they have the same standard of Staff

The manager is so friendly and warm - gave our kids some free play sets and lollies to make them entertained and welcomed. The rooms are spacious and clean. They gave us complimentary bottles of water every day. The room service is very efficient and friendly staff. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

It’s not central enough but the underground is not too far and we mostly took a cab for a family of 5 of us. So not a big problem.

The reception staff is very friendly and willing to help. Maybe am wrong but i was expected something more for a 5* premise as is rated. Location is great, polite staff too.

The room furniture are very old, need to be changed for a 5* rating. Also room had some dust in some areas, but overall was clean.

Staff behavior and cooperation. The check-in process was so smooth it was just quick and smooth. I really enjoyed the stay to the most.

There was no AC in the room, shower room was too small and bit uncomfortable. Rest everything was excellent.

Under the bed there was a heap of rubbish from previous guests. The door of our room faced the street and every night we were there someone tried to unlock our doors with keys- maybe not numbered so well??
