We arrived late after flying back to Bournemouth, The check-in was really easy, key was left in a safe. The was was beautiful, very clean and a very high standard of decor. We had a lovely comfortable bed, wish we could of stayed longer

It was good. Recommendation: there should be a plug adapter in the room for tourists from outside the UK. I bought such an adapter for 10 pounds from a nearby store. Later, I saw the same type in other stores for 5-6 pounds.

The accommodation location is great, a couple of minutes walk from shops, bars, restaurants. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was 10/10.

Bed is knackered and sofa lumpy and broken. Feels like a previous renter ju.ped up and down on the bed and sofa breaking them and they shoyld be replaced, repaired. Bath stylish but small, a shower would be more practical especially for a couple to prepare and leave for the early 10am check out.

It was not glamping as I know it. Needs a bit more thought and correct advertising. Lighting and electricity would be good in the tents. We booked what we thought was a family room with 2 beds but it turned out to be bunk beds. Not great for 2 60 something sisters! However we were upgraded to one of the tents when we said it wasn't what was advertised.

1st time hostelling so unused to very basic room (no kettle, tv etc) especially on a city break. Felt like hotel prices (for UK) but budget price for Edinburgh I suppose (£122 twin room).
