such a lovely hotel in a great spot for exploring the local coast line and tourist spots, excellent cooked breakfast and dinner the evening before was fab too. room was lovely and comfy with the best views of the coast and sunsets to die for. staff were so polite and helpful and welcoming, especially the young man who carried our bags up to our rooms after a very busy tiring day, highly recommend. if i'd known this place was that lush i'd have booked us in for 2 nights instead of 1

Everything. Kes and her staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The units were spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and happy. We stayed at 7 venues during the month we spent in the UK. The Horse and Groom was by far the best. Indeed, we were so comfy that we just stayed on in the Cotswolds for the remainder of our vacation instead of travelling on to Ireland and Wales as planned. We will be back. .

Having to leave these charming hosts behind.

Walkable distance to the city centre. The staff were really nice, kind, and helpful. The inside of the building was pretty, with wooden halls and stairs. Each room/flat had a thematic name, which we thought was cute. The shared area between the rooms in our flat was clean, organised, and the kitchen served our needs. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs, and creative decoration.

There was no lift and loads of stairs.

Hotel was only expecting one guest, when they messaged me. I asked the to confirm it was for 2, and they said yes. Breakfast was fine but diner was poor, cold chicken wings for starter and over cooked fish for diner. My wife had the same sauce for starters as she did for her main course.

Aging hotel, with very limited parking, all spaces were reserved. Had to park a short walk away.

The Grove met all my expectations. Danny and Joanna could not have done anymore for me. i was leaving before breakfast each day, apart from the last day, and there was bacon sandwiches made and left out for me.

Location was beautiful, accommodation really cozy and more space than I expected. Liked the little snack basket. The bar staff were all very friendly and the food lovely.

It would be nice to have more options for breakfasts or information provided as to what is in the area. Bed and floor was a little creaky so was worried I would disturb the neighbours through the night as the walls (particularly the bathroom) not overly sound proof.

Everything was lovely. Nice and clean. Big comfortable double bed. Breakfast was very tasty. Lovely lady running the B n B. What more can you ask for.

The shower was useless, the television did not work properly impossible to watch. Wires hanging all over the place. I did not feel comfortable trying the food because of the state of the place.
