We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

  I was upgraded to a Skyline apartment on the 20th floor that had an amazing view of the city from every side of the room. The apartment was fantastic and had everything you could think of. A living room with a kitchen, dining table, sofa and a big screen TV with sound bar and subwoofer. The sleeping area had another tv and big windows on both sides of the room. The bed was also very comfortable. I really loved the view over the Shard. The bathroom was impeccable with everything that you need. The fridge had 2 bottles of complimentary water. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.

  Breakfast selection was fabulous, with gluten free options available. The room was pretty basic, but had everything you need, and was clean. Huge car park that's free. Could not hear any traffic noise at all. Windmill pub (owned by Balfour Group) is a 5 min walk away.

  Bed was very comfortable, nice hot water, choicevof bath or shower was good. Customer Service Staff Amanda went over and above her duties made as feel welcome, made sure our room was clean, even though it was a short notice booking. Overall stay was excellent.
