It was really great to have the use of a drying room. Kitchen and dining area are well equipped.

The single beds were saggy and the linen was warn. The shower in our ensuite had very low water pressure. We chose to shower downstairs instead as this was a better shower. The communal area is large and cold

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent attempted stay at your property. My name is Hemn, and I had booked and paid for a room at your property through Booking.com. Unfortunately, I was not able to actually stay at the property as I was not allowed to enter or gain access to the room I had paid for. Upon my arrival, I tried to gain entry by inputting the pin number provided and ringing the bell, but to no avail. I then tried to contact the mobile phone number listed on Booking.com, only to find out that it was only active until 10 pm. Despite informing the property that I would be arriving at midnight and receiving confirmation that it was okay to check in at any time, I was still denied entry. I was left stranded outside the property with no way to access my room. Even after the incident, the communication from the property was inadequate and they refused to address the issue. I am truly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by the property in handling this situation. I request a full refund for my booking and an explanation for the neglectful treatment I experienced.

The cost it’s very expensive the price really needs to come down for a budget hotel there’s a lot cheeper about
