The location is beautiful. A little out of the way but that just adds to the setting. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was outstanding, beautifully furnished and equipped. Breakfast was exceptional with home made bread and jams. One unusual addition is the library and the books on every possible subject so something for everyone and the perfect setting to quietly sit and read. Gardens were lovely and productive. Birdwatchers paradise.

Good size room, the accommodation is unmanned but there is a well stocked communal lounge and kitchenette where you could sit at a table and eat a takeaway. Very convenient. Breakfast was served in the cafe downstairs.

The location is excellent, near to Covent Garden Underground, 5 minutes walk. Staff and found were excellent.

Our room, 166 had a smell of damp. Reckon this was from the main bathroom. It flooded on the first morning, reported this and it was sorted. However, the carpet immediately outside the bathroom was damp, reckon this was from previous flooding of bathroom that perhaps wasn’t reported to Reception.

No food after 5 on a Sunday - as website said kitchen was open later! if not cooked food then a sandwich would have gone down well. could not get coffee machine in room to work - put pod in and water heated up but no coffee and not alternative available and insufficient milk for the one tea bag but no decaf…

Piles of dropped cigarette ends outside the front door and assorted detritus around the property grounds and car park doesn't set a good initial impression . Despite prior requests and a phone call, we did not receive details of how to access the property. Had to call a couple of times when we arrived to get details. The room was in a converted loft space and was very warm. Needed the window open which meant the noise of loud car exhausts racing up and down the road outside could be heard most of the night. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. No where to hang clothes as no wardrobe or hanging rails. No mirror in the bedroom. Apart from the bed, the only other furniture is a small table and a single chair which can't really be used due to being under the sloping eves. Worsened by the fact this table has a TV and desktop fan on it. There is a bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. The shower room is nice enough but very small. Cheap towels. Could be so much better with just making the space a little more usable. I appreciate it's an awkward space, but providing a usable table for two and clothes hanging facilities can be easily accommodated. Expensive for what it offers in my opinion.

Work going on was quite disruptive and noisy and although this was made clear before the visit it was more extensive that expected. Eg scaffolding outside the window. This wasn't reflected in the price with it still being an expensive stay.

Tha landlord whach evre single moment you not alout visit, mi boyfriend come whid his frend end tha second day whin been thrue out from tha house if you planing to pay for that house a loot of not normal rulles soo I pay to bee watch evre moment on weebcam from door entrance
