I've been fortunate in that I've been able to travel a lot; in Europe, in Scotland, Wales and England. This is by far one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great hosts, wonderfully decorated, lovely breakfast and very central location in a beautiful town. And my room had an incredible view.

We wanted to stay in a hotel for 1 night due to early flight back to Australia. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I really liked the colours of the dining room furniture , refreshing. Complements to the chef our lunch & dinner was amazing! Beds are very comfortable too. Thank you!

Very clean. Quiet neighborhood very close to 2 tube station and many bus line that can take anywhere. Hyde Park is just a few minutes away. Nice restaurants and large grocery store nearby.

Girl next door helped me alot! Thanks for everything. Location is 23 min walk to the center. Bus 10 goes to the place too. Quiet and cosy room

How it looked nothing like the picture on booking.com website. Hotel was shabby, cracked tiles, wallpaper hanging off. Door didn't lock, had to put my suitcase across it. Lift didn't work in the morning. Receptionist was asleep and just didn't want to help. I would never had stayed in a place like this if true pictures had been advised. Tried getting hold of your offices to complain but no success. I will keep trying because I want my money back

I'm sorry but this is a scam.. I just arrived at place and is horrendous message from 3rd Studio Flat For Family Enjoyment With Private Toilet and Bathroom 134 Keedonwood Road Bromley it's not a studio, I'm renting a room someone house separate with curtains and the toilet outside the room, I don't know if is private. please refund me so I can book another place
