Really lovely apartment, located in a great central location on a quiet road in Buxton. The self check-in process was really easy to follow. On arrival, the apartment was warm and cosy, in a really clean condition with plenty of clean towels. There are basic supplies to get you going, and shops are available within a 5 min walk. The bed was comfy, the shower had great water pressure and temperature. Good instructions were provided for just about everything you could think of. Highly recommend this property. Communication with the hosts was fast and responsive at all times.

5 mins walk from Hammersmith Underground..great location. Absolutely spotless. Had a family room with 3 single beds for myself and 2 daughters. Staff lovely and helpful. Would throughly recommend for a 1 to 2 night stay!

Apartment was lovely it had everything you need for a weekend away ,very comfy beds ,excellent en suite bathroom ,fantastic kitchen area with dining table nothing not to like 😊

If I am being picky I think £200 room deposit for damages is a bit steep but as the apartments are so nice I can understand the deposit ,hopefully visitors will look after the apartments and not risk losing their deposit 😕

On arrival 3 hours before check in staff said they had to charge 3 pound per bag to Hold them . The bags were just put in the office behind the desk, so no actual extra cost should be charged. I have NEVER been charged before , considering the cost of the room this should have been covered .

Basic facilities, toilet seat hinge collapsed, the shower temperature control was very difficult to control .

Cleanliness was very poor, there were hairs all over the place and random stains on the bedding. The bedding and mattress were super low quality. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom. The iron (which is shared with the whole building) was completely brown and covered in a burnt residue before I asked them to change. Which they did do on the second day. The blinds barely block any light.
