The location was excellent. Garry was at the end of the phone to sort out any queries. It is just a stroll to the train station for very regular trains to Queens street. The car park is very convenient and you can even keep an eye on your vehicle from the apartment, although there is nothing to make you anxious anyway. I experienced the best selection of bathroom toiletries on any of my travels. We did leave a list of little niggles that would make things even better, but overall we enjoyed our stay in Cardiff and can recommend the apartment as a base to explore Tiger Bay with its rich history. There is even a friendly seagull that alights on the window ledge to peck the window for attention!

An extra few items of kitchen equipment would have made life better: a cafetière and a set of side plates for example.

That was a lovley place to stay. The owner Gloria was very nice. Everything was extremly clean, even my towels were changed every day, that i wasn't expected. Also in a room was a ketle, tea, coffee and cream. And very nice to have a breakfast in the morning too!

A great place to stay close to Gatwick, close to Horley station and a top Turkish restaurant close by. Super helpful team, communicated very well and we're very flexible and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our room was lovely, had everything we wanted. We loved the little touches in the hotel, the vases and decor, somebody had a really good eye . Breakfast was good

The music in the bar in the evening was quite loud in our room 114 I think the speaker must have been just below our room but didn't go on late so no distrurbed sleep

on arrival the toilet had a milk sachet in it and a blue rubber glove on the back of the toilet..Also when got up in the morning we found something was missing from the bathroom that we had brought with us. told reception who looked into it..Told us to email the manager Also first night continental breakfast was toast.butter spooned on plate. and jam. tea or coffee .second morning slightley better
