Terrific location with wonderful views of Tweedsmuir Hills from dining room and many bedrooms (including mine when no van outside window). Good sized swimming-pool with sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, good service in dining room. One 'quiet' bar, one with live music (Saturday) and a lively vibe. Was there with a large family party, and lots of flexibility in arrangements for that. A great stay overall.

Some rooms distinctly less appealing than others, I hope cheaper. Occasionally difficult to get served in the bar when staff were busy elsewhere - I gave up on planned margarita. And despite earlier assurances, no croquet set - a family tradition so that was a disappointment

The serene surroundings, the views, the sight and sounds of the working sheep farm and the traditional Croft cottage which was simply & beautifully appointed. Considering the distance from the local shop, it was most considerate to have some groceries to access if needed including coffee, tea, beer, wine, cereals, jam etc. the items were easy to find in local shops to replenish after use.

Everything works perfectly fine. Bed comfortable, big lightened bathroom with a window.. very clean hallways, reception, bathrooms and rooms. I really loved staying here. People that helped me, like the manager and receptionists were wonderful. Also, Amira is the nicest person I have ever met! Really a great place. Oh and there’s plenty of lockers were you can store your things.

Very spacious rooms and a beautiful building and surroundings. Myself and one colleague enjoyed the continental breakfast, the other colleague paid a little extra for the cooked breakfast. Only a short drive to local villages for evening meals.

Best location imaginable in central Brighton. The flat has everything I needed.

Only a small thing, I would have liked some advice about waste separation, as this is different in the UK.

Breakfast excellent as was the evening meals.

The room was the only one available at a cast of £145.00. Not quite worth that amount of money for what it is.

Good location for our visit.

2 out of 3 lifts were broken over the 3 days. This meant either (1) up to 10 mins wait for a lift or (2) a lot of stair walking. 1 lift to service the building is unacceptable for customers. Still no sign of service engineers when we left.

Check-in was efficient.

TV didn't work. No breakfast available.
