My visit was o.k on the first 2 mornings I ordered breakfast and bacon was delicious!! Not asked brown or white toast just white put on plate I didn’t expect to have breakfast on my 3rd morning and did say day before was it possible just to have fruit but circumstances changed and I requested breakfast wasn’t asked what I wanted but a plate was just put in front of me with beans@ hash browns fried egg all of which I dislike as I had the same breakfast the previous 2 days that would have been fine My room on ground floor was old fashioned… and if you were a size 8 to get through bathroom door was o.k as door opened in and very little space to get through Ime not a Big person.but kept catching my chest going through.bed was uncomfortable @ pillows like bricks.

A smarter room for the money

very comfortable room with kitchenette, a good fan was also provided. The communal kitchen with washing machine and oven was an added bonus!

Excellent property, very well appointed and located close to the centre of town, convenient off-street parking.

I will never stay again in a property associated with Pass the Keys. After booking, they demanded additional personal and financial information, and additional non-refundable fees to cover 'damage'. They claimed this was disclosed in the fine print, but it must have been in very small font! They contacted us from a telephone number in Kentucky, USA, with lots of kids in the background (definitely not an office), and it all felt like a scam. We refused to give PtK our credit card details, and we eventually received the code to access the keys for the property, but it was all an unpleasant and time-consuming experience. This is a pity, because the property owner has clearly spent some effort making this a delightful cottage in which to stay.

Good location, nicely decorated and complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, my room was not soundproofed, nor had black out blinds. I did not sleep well at all due to noise of busy main road along with 24 hour pizza restaurant operating all night. The room was uncomfortably hot, despite the radiator turned off. Could not have opened the windows due to the loudness of outside. There is a fan which is a nice touch, however, it was so loud and unable to sleep with the noise. The floor boards cracked many times which was quite frustrating. Expensive for B&B.

I thought we'd be in the main building, our room was as far away from the main part of building as you could get, which made it difficult for my 80 year old parent to trek back and forth and to navigate all the steps.

Nothing really except the location.

Poor house keeping staff. Buffet Breakfast place was too crowded. Failed to understand why the guests were not allowed to sit in a vacant section. The staff spilled milk on my son ruining his clothes for the travel. Their was no conscious effort to offer cleaning of his clothes.
