This lovely hotel was exactly what I expected. Yes the room was very small, but it's London. However it was still perfect in its petiteness. The bed was good if a bit small. The bathroom excellent, the tea (and cookies/biscuits) replaced daily, the towels fluffy, the internet fast. They also had sockets at the desk for a variety of international plugs. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety and the lovely ladies would cook your eggs however you wanted them. The location was PERFECT. We were traveling by train, first arriving at Euston Station and leaving a few days later from St. Pancreas, both a short walk away. Plus we were visiting the British Museum on the same street as the hotel!

The only suggestion I can make is the sockets next to the bedside table are at the same height as the shelf of the table. Making use of the plug meant moving the table; raising or lowering the bedside table would solve the problem.

I only stayed overnight as I was visiting a sick family member, Jo was so friendly and welcoming to me, the property had a real homely feeling,and was spotlessly clean, slept very well comfortably bed, breakfast in morning was lovely I couldn’t fault anything, definitely will stop again and hopefully longer when visiting family nearby.

Characterful (a real antidote to chain hotels) and very comfortable. We loved the thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge and good filter coffee in the room, plus breakfast was excellent. The Bramley toiletries were appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring Bath.

Our room was very warm. An air conditioning unit was provided, which was effective, but noisy and therefore not really practicable during the night.

Spacious and delightful room. Very comfortable bed. Food (evening dinner and breakfast) was excellent and staff very friendly. Will definitely stay there again if looking for accommodation in the area.

Lovely modern hotel. Bed comfy, fab location. We were even able to check in early as our room was ready for us at 1pm instead of 3. Staff were friendly.

TV not working. Wrong room initially provided. Maintenance ongoing outside room in dark corridor rubbish on floor causing hazard. Smell of paint in room. Smell of drains in lift. Upselling drinks in restaurant. Misleading advertising for 2 for 1 on food and drinks. No signage for fire escape routes and illuminated signage painted over. Exposed wires in many places. Window lock broken. No fans or air-conditioning ro keep room cool in the heat. No follow up on query on TV not working. Reception looks so different to rooms leaving a sense of disappointment on getting to room.
