The staff in the golf club are very friendly and accommodating. Meals great in the club house, so convenient being right next to the accommodation. We were surprised to find the room we'd booked was part of a large house with a big living room and full kitchen. It was good value for money and convenient. The kitchen had very few items for use and the laundry room was locked so no use of a washing machine. But we dined in the club house anyway. Really liked it.

Spacious and modern apartment with 3 en suite bedrooms. It had everything we needed as a family. Only 15 minutes walk from city cente (Lime Street). We took a taxi going back and it cost us £6. Lovely and helpful staff. We will stay again.

Very good service start to end. Superb location. Brilliant shower (coachmans cottage). Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic (thanks Pete for super service and local knowledge guidance). Only one night but lived it !

The location at the top of the town is great. Shops and eating places are on the doorstop. The lake pier is just 5 minutes walk., Comfortable bedrooms . Large lounge / diner. Full TV package for a rainy day.

It was well laid out. Exceptionally clean ( very rare). In a very quiet location. No noise at night outside or in the hotel. ( also very rare). The bathroom had good lighting. Great location .

The pillows were lumpy. I couldn’t pull the duvet up far enough. The window did not stay up so had to wedge it open. There was no side light just a strong main light in the bedroom. I didn’t use the coffee machine as there were not enough milks.

The caravan was absolutely beautiful and would definitely recommend, one of the best ones I have stayed in, the hosts was exceptional and cannot wait to stay there again

Staff very helpful and it was spotlessly clean. My husband is partly disabled and it was not very accessible. Breakfast exceptional.

Incredibly creaky floor I felt sorry for anyone beneath me and I could hear absolutely every step from the room above me. Tinest shower, stains on the carpet, tiny tv basically everyone was very average but to be expected due to time cost!
