Perfect location, nice, big, clean room with a great view over adventure island and the beach. Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety of options, cooked, cereal, fruit, baked goods ect. The staff were really friendly and in reception there are a few bits for the kids to play with, couldn't get out 2 off the ice-cream stall!!

A couple of giggles that could of made our stay perfect. When we arrived the hand soap in our room was empty, which wasn't too much of an issue as there was a bar of soap. Told reception on the way out and it was full when we returned. Our bathroom (Rm 422) was pretty tired, the tiles on the floor have lifted and could do with a refurb. The air-conditioning in our room didn't work, again told reception in the morning and was told theres been an issue with it and no one's is working.

Nice location within easy walking distance of many of London's attractions. Staff were really helpful, friendly and attentive. They didn't get upset when we unintentionally set off the emergency assist from our bathroom and were rapidly on the spot to make sure we really didn't need help.

The hotel is clean and bright, it's in a fantastic location. Beds are comfy, and rooms are spacious. The hotel is accessible to wheelchair users who can stand/walk a little, and there's a lift to rooms.

Sadly nearly every hotel has jumped onto charging you for parking. I think all hotels miss a trick with their bars, the are over priced and very stiff, in town our 2 drinks were £12-15, in the Hotel it’s £23. No music on and it’s a waste of a good bar.

It was dirty the hotel was falling apart bedding had stains on I asked to change it they never did
