Very helpful and friendly staff, we arrived very early to drop our bags before heading to a matinee show and upon seeing the 2 kids the helpful reception arranged for us to drop the bags in our room so everything was ready and waiting when we returned that evening. Super large bed for the adults, decent enough sofa bed for the kids. Bathroom in between the 2 areas, which was great for a bit of separation from the kids. Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet.

Very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms are large with plenty of room to spread out. Beds comfortable and a great choice of food at breakfast which was continental style. Communication was excellent which made checkin and check out very easy.

The room more like a -"Junior Suit" was just right for either a long or short stay and it was great to have such a central location.

Booking.com site indicates that there is parking, there isn't you have to use a public car park.

Welcome was poor. Had us lingering around waiting to check in with no direction to where bar was, info about local area, or explanation of facilities. Bar and food expensive and nothing special. Full of chavvy clientele. Expected better. Room was great but too much space taken up by coffee making equipment. Very annoying!!!!!! You don’t need all that. I don’t drink hot drinks and I like space to do my make up and get ready when my husband is in the bathroom. Clear desk space is essential in both room and bathroom.

For the cost the room was tiny , couldn’t move in bathroom without dancing with door really small not good ☹️. Very noisy on the morning they had beer delivery 6.30 wake-up and went on for nearly an hour. Breakfast wasn’t good either on first morning no bacon out and it took ages for them to replenish , then butter basket empty, eggs swimming in liquid second day egg tray empty and once again quite a wait for them to replenish , over all the breakfast experience was not good at all .
