Very spacious and very good spaces for work/study. I also had my two brothers visiting to play pool . I suffer from severe epilepsy and I have a lot of episodes and making bookings can be difficult due to me needing room for my medications help and my many clothes . This place has more than enough space for storage and I loved it .

I couldn’t turn on the cooking hobs so ended up ordering Chinese food after going shopping But honestly it’s ok not the end of the world as I really enjoyed my self

The place is very close to everything. Within a short walk we were in the centre of Oxford, or in a nature park. The apartment itself was very nicely set up with nice furniture and a good size (for the UK). It was also impeccably clean. Dealing with the administrator was quite easy.

Considering that we were staying for 5 nights, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, two small tubes of shower gel and one set of towels would have been nice. No cleaning or towel/linen change is done during the stay (I think it is mentioned when one books). We went to a nearby Tescos and bought more TP and shower gel . There is a small frame to hang some clothes, but no wardrobe, so most clothes had to remain in our luggage bags. When the sun was shining (we had a couple of glorious days), the 2 rooms become very stuffy, since the sun shines directly on them and there is no airconditioning. The wording used in the welcome pack to warn guests against noise levels and parties is quite ominous, since they mention some Minut equipment that monitors activity and that guests are not allowed to have guests. I messaged them to clarify that one can have visitors, which they confirmed. Still, the wording could be clearer and a tad more welcoming.

Lovely property in a quiet area just off the main road, adjacent the owners house. Nicely furnished. Outdoor seating on balcony overlooking small valley, very peaceful. Lots of good pubs nearby for food, including some you can walk to.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Room and ensuite were very clean, tidy, just what we wanted for our stay. The breakfast selection set us up for the day ahead. Parking voucher allowed us to park near the B&B for our stay.

The rooms and bathrooms ae spacious. The staff are very considerate. The breakfast was very tasty. The location is great, on the dock, and Albert Dock and the city are within easy reach.

Arrived 9.30pm and all restaurants shut, only option room service which took ages, overall disappointing. Bed was uncomfortable and creaky.

Our "room" was obviously an addition to the property in a separate annex. To access it we were required to go out of the main house to a wooden structure. The "room" was so small we could hardly work our way around the bed to get to the bathroom. There were no towel racks in the bathroom and no hand towels, we asked for some and received one! The carpet needs to be cleaned, there were several stains on it, the curtain had a hole in and again was stained. The "room" had a very 'musty' smell. There was a door in the room that appeared to lead through to the office, not very soundproof! Breakfast was very basic, cereal, toast and a selection of store brought cookies. While having breakfast we witnessed what appeared(?) to be a confrontation between the owner and another guest. Our reason for selecting this property is that we had stayed twice in the past five years and were very satisfied, obviously their standards have been somewhat lowered.
