- “Baan Thai House is a really beautiful hotel set in really lovely grounds. We booked 2 rooms which were both absolutely lovely and one of the rooms had the bonus of an outdoor shower. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We really loved the pool area which was well maintained with plenty of sun beds and a beautiful setting by the river. The staff were wonderful; extremely friendly and very helpful. We booked a sunset river tour through the hotel which was excellent and were dropped off at the night market for food. They also arranged a transfer back to Bangkok too. The hotel is a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to the main sights and we liked the fact it was tucked away in a lovely quiet area surrounded by well maintained gardens and a lovely lake. Would definitely stay here again!”

  Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Good menu for the evening in the restaurant. With good friendly service. Location was fantastic, overlooking the finishing straight of Silverstone race track the home of the British Grand Prix.

  We had such an amazing stay, such a lovely warm cottage. No more than a 3 minute drive to Alton towers. 3 pubs over the road. Area was extremely quiet and beautiful. Had everything you needed. Thank you

  The hostess was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The bed was super comfy, and we had a lovely view of Arthurs seat from our bedroom window.

  It is always nice to have the option of a cooked or continental breakfast when staying at a B&B, but we were provided with an abundance of snacks and packaged croissants which was nice.

  Lovely warm welcome. Showed to our room which was lovely, very clean and well presented. We also had a lovely view. Just a short drive from central Inverness in a quiet neighbourhood.

  Really can't find anything not to like. I suppose it would have been nice to have some baked beans on the cooked breakfast. But the breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked and well presented.

  Good place for closeness to minnelium building and restaurants ect . There is a brilliant indian restaurant just behind the building. Dont be deceived by its entrance

  It's just a personal thing as we are not used to the traffic noise also the matress may need to be replaced soon but not uncomfortable yet. Also when giving details of parking please mention the Q carpark and not just the post code

  Location was perfect where we needed to be. Town centre is a short walk distance away. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

  The room was quite cold and heating in the room didn't work. We had no towels, had to buy our own. Room was smaller than we thought it would be and only had 1 plug socket, bathroom was extremely small.
