Good Afternoon Carl, as Dog lovers, we were searching for a holiday cottage that was not only pet friendly but was quality within our budget and had a dog friendly beach within 100 metres of where we were staying. When we found `Fisherman's Cottage`, we looked no further. Your property is a true `home from home' and to sit outside on the patio watching the geese and ducks go past on the boating lake with a glass of wine and the best and most reasonably priced fish and chips we have ever tasted, (from the shop at the end of the road), provided a tranquil end to the day, Thank you Carl and Vanda for such a wonderful relaxing holiday. We would have no hesitation in recommending your property to anyone who wants to visit the area and stay in the 'hidden treasure of Mablethorpe'. We will definitely be back. The guesthouse a lovely old building in a beautiful location. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed and a fabulous view over the river. It was a quiet location with ample parking right outside. It was not ultra modern but in keeping with age and style of the building. I had originally booked to travel as a couple but due to illness was there on my own. Yvonne the hostess was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived. The room had lots of lovely personal touches including fresh biscuits and was full of quirky touches.

Love this hotel we have stayed a few times now staff are always friendly and helpful. We have had food both from the bar and restaurant both are lovely. Hotel is very central walk to town centre is only about 10 mins

On this occasion small table lamp was missing next to the mirror but as we didn't report this at the time I am sure this would have been rectified if I had contacted reception

Great location for London Trips. So easy to to use tube for Central London & other attractions. Limited Car Parking available. Good quality buffet breakfasts.

Great location central for both bays. Shops nearby. Parking was ok. We were able to park outside property from 3pm as disc zone expired at 5pm.

We had to go through iPlayer and ITVX to watch live tv. The internet password was wrong on the email sent but luckily it was right on the notice in the property.
