The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, breathtaking view from the window. One of the highlights of my stay was spending time in the garden. The villa's location was also ideal, with easy access to charming nearby dining (5 minutes walking distance), as well as beautiful hiking trails for exploring the natural beauty of the region. walking from her Vila via Kościelisko and end up to dolina za bramką. vila is 30 min walking distance to centrum too. Overall, our stay at the villa was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in a stunning setting. I can't wait to return! Money value.”

      Location of property, overlooking sea and small isles, quiet and within short walking distance to harbour, bars and restaurants. Layout of Skye studio was well equipped and had everything we needed for a self catering 5 days, decor was beautiful clean and bed very comfortable. It was exactly everything we hoped it would be. Hot tub was great and a lovely way to enjoy an evening after a day of walking.

      Good location for travelling around, however extremely noisy at night. Even with the windows closed and the provided earplugs (a nice touch) it still was loud enough to disturb a light sleeper.

      The noise. We were not informed during check in of a limited breakfast service on the day we left and arrived o minutes after 9am, breakfast finished at 9. The staff member spoke with was initially abrupt and quite angry, it seems there were a few of us not informed of this which put their morning plans back. I wanted to leave and get breakfast elsewhere as I felt like we had out the hotel out! However he offered to make us breakfast 'as long as we were quick' and later apologised for his manner. Which I appreciated. Our room was up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs, travel light if you're on the top floor!

      Friendly staff. The staff helped with luggage on the day we left. Good buffet breakfast. Easy to get into town by bus.

      Despite lift, there were 2-3 sets of stairs to get along the corridor to room. The paper was peeling of the ceiling. Shower lukewarm and poor power, staff ignored do not disturb sign on door multiple times. We ate evening meal twice, the salmon was charred and the batter on the cod undercooked. There was ongoing maintenance to the property throughout our stay. Some of the fire doors were wedged open.

      The step inside the entrance should be more obvious ,With matching carpet throughout the step is hard to distinguish, suggest a white bullnose strip would be safer

      Location is beautiful, room is spacious, staff are nice.

      Massively overpriced for what it is. I paid £300 for one night and they would not let me use the spa the next day unless I paid an additional day fee. It was frankly ridiculous.

      The property had a lovely old traditional feel.

      The hotel was basically attached to a nightclub that didn’t stop until 4.30 am and then people still hung around outside making noise. The radiator in our room did not turn down by the thermostat and so was burning hot. Then didn’t turn off at all at the apparent timed off time. I was told that was impossible basically told I was lying by the hotel manager? He did offer to change our room but for the same room with exact same noise but one floor higher? The hotel manager tried to justify the night life by saying it states it on the website when booking? It states the opening hours under ‘hotel facilities’ but does not state it’s right beneath your rooms! He refused any reimbursement for the room but did refund our overnight parking charge at £8 per night. Not very satisfactory tbh and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

      The food was horrendous sent it back? Breakfast had garlic mushrooms very odd. Very slow we didn’t receive our starters and the steak we couldn’t eat. Was offered a pudding which was ok. Very poor and disappointing

      Finding the hotel was easily done.

      Mattresses are old, thin and hard. Walls are thin and many other guests fail to to recall that sound travels. Shower/Bath tub did not drain and old hair clogs kept coming up out of the drain.
