Special thank you for receptionist Elle. You made our stay more enjoyable than we had expected. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was big, warm, quiet, clean enough and bed was comfortable. It is old hotel so don’t expect it to be immaculate. Back in the day it had been something out of this world and even today some parts of the hotel made us say wow quite few times. We were staying on half board basis and dinner was ok. Best part of it was main course. Grilled chicken breast was delicious, pork loin was good. Starters need big improvement or changes. Deserts looked good but could have more flavour. Breakfast was very good. Overall we had great time in this hotel and can recommend to anyone staying in Blackpool. Blackpool tower is about 15-20 minutes away on foot. Tram stop is in front of hotel if you don’t want to walk.

Only thing that could be improved is dinner. It felt like all 3 courses came from 3 different restaurants. Mains were the best part of it. Deserts were just about ok. Starters - I would want my money back.

Location was very good, close to all amenities. The flat was very clean and well appointed, as the weather was not warm the availability of central heating was a must . The bed was queen size and very comfortable. We liked the fact that entrance to the flat was outside the rest of the complex,

No problems with anything although the bed was flush against one wall and not so easy to access. However it would not be possible to arrange it in any other way.

A little paradise Super cosy accommodation with everything you need. There was even a welcome gift in the form of a basket of snacks and drinks! Great views and very friendly host. Highly recommended!

Almost everything. The owners were very friendly as were the waiting staff and the ambience of the bar area and restaurant were very pleasant. We will come again when we visit the area next.

The only thing was the light and fan to the shower room came on as you opened the door, which being an older person and having the need to use the facility in the middle of the night was a little annoying for my wife as it woke her up. However this did not out way the good things.

Beautiful hotel and the room was nicely decorated. The bed (mattress and pillow) was really comfortable and had a very good sleep.

Good location in the centre of town with adequate parking. Lots of seating for dinner. Large menu and food as you would expect.

The room, in an annexe, was dated but clean. A very small shower but otherwise adequate all round.
