Brilliant location. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, you can expect a good sleep. Food was good. Atmosphere also good. Staff really pleasant and professional.

They were having problems with the boiler, hence hot water fell short to barely Luke warm. Shower was hot though.

Great location close to vibrant Baker St & Marylebone Rd. Reception staff were very accommodating and friendly.

We reserved a family room. 3 adults & small child. No lifts and a hike up three floors. Room quite small but clean and adequate. Worth the money.

Can’t say much it was great - the only suggestion is an egg flip and tongs to be supplied for cooking

A towel rail near the wash basin would be useful. Towels were stored so high up we almost needed a ladder to reach them!

Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable.

TV not working (room 203) & also a tight squeeze in the room with oversized furniture in too small a space.

A good location if you have a dog

The hotel was advertised with a full English at £12.50 each but in reality, it turned out to be a bit of toast and a cup of tea for £25, apparently if you stay on a Wednesday or Thursday night you won't get a cooked breakfast, the room was quite small the bath was rusty where the enamel bad broken off and the bare cast iron was showing through, the car park is very small maybe 6 cars in it after that if you are lucky you can park on the street, I saw some vehicles parked on double yellow lines, and if you do park in the car park don't park under the tree as I think they have roosting flying elephants in it by the look of my car the next morning, so the car was like I felt about the breakfast.
