An amazing location, sitting in the kitchen/living room and looking at St. Michael's Mount directly out the window. The pictures accurately capture the view from the unit. Additionally, we found the Marazion neighbourhood much nicer then Penzance, so really appreciated staying in that area. We were able to easily park our small SUV on site. Good WiFi and well appointed kitchen (i.e. pots, pans, utensils, etc). It was a bit confusing regarding the entrance, but figured it out, as there are two units in the house (downstairs and upstairs). Lots of great little restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks of the unit.

It was hard to find even with using the post code in the GPS. The GPS wanted to take us to the back of the unit which we didn't recognize as there are no pictures of the back in the listing. So we drove around the block a couple of times. So it would be helpful to get a map from the owners showing where it sits and where the parking is, versus just a written description

It is a compact, but excellently configured "mini house" for a family - double bed upstairs (loft style - no door) and a twin room with it's own door. Beautiful bathroom. Very clean and well maintained. It is stand alone but on the property near the owners home. Our arrival allowed us to meet the owners - very friendly - who helped unlock the unit and hand over the keys. Incredible value. Would highly recommend.

No real complaints at all, it is a little outside the main part of town, but a quick drive. No pub shops close enough to walk to, but that made it very quiet.

A great location for anyone visiting Liverpool who is a Beatles fan. Lot's of fun pictures and memorabilia and just around the corner from the Cavern Club. Easy walking distance to the Beatles statue. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Could have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. The location was a little unsettling for an overseas visitor , my room overlooked the town square and after arriving I would have liked to pop out to one of the many takeaway places that are just a stones throw away , but the noises that were coming from the people using the square made me feel that it might not be to safe to do so.

It was alright, it had the essentials. But very poor location.

Promised free Wi-Fi, but had no Wi-Fi almost the whole holiday. Really disappointed by that, as I come from a different country I rely on Wi-Fi to communicate as I don’t have phone provider. When the internet came back for the last 3 days of my stay the signal to the room I was staying was really weak had to keep my phone close to the entrance in order to get any signal.

Please avoid! Strong sewage odor from bathroom Large Stain on the ceiling Old heating boiler which broke down so no heating for 1st 2 days Not clean., especially the entrance and stairs. Suspicious stain on one sofa - possibly urine Overall, tired and need of a refresh, unlike photos.... Very slow response from the property management team in responding to my issues. Intervention by Booking.com did not yield a (partial) refund.
