Location is excellent. The hotel is located in Gatwick Terminal. Our flight arrived at around midnight so that we could straight go in to the bed. The room is very clean although it's quite compact everything you need is there!. Despite of the location the room was surprisingly quiet so we had a very good sleep. The staff are very helpful and check in & out is so easy. Good security and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended for the people who need an early departure and late arrival. Very reasonable price, too.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. Great location very near the beach, bars,shops and really great walks. Georgeous little balcony which I really liked. Great value for money.

All though rooms were small I stayed in 3 different ones over 3 seperate visits They were comfortable. Clean only one was two small and dark but not a major issue..

I know there must be a safety aspect but window opening could have been bigger ..on my 2nd stay in smallest room couldn't open internal blind and room was dark

A fridge in the rooms would be very helpful, and the planned lift will make the 80 step climb to the top floor much easier (we were warned so not a complaint!). Breakfast room at the back with no view over the lovely seafront, with an empty bar/restaurant area at the front. It would seem much better to swap the rooms over and a lovely touch if the breakfast was overlooking the lovely nice bright view of the coast rather than a window less room at the back. Just a constructive comment, rather than a complaint though.

As a disabled person, it would be great if they had on site parking. But there's a multistorey right across the road, and the hotel offers a discount on the parking.

Unmanned hotel, I should have checked the details, so in my view apartment without kitchen rather than hotel but apartments are much cheaper. Above car wash by v busy road. Not a pleasant area.

The accommodation was lovely with everything you needed. Stunning scenery and very peaceful. Very pleasant staff. Also really nice that pets were allowed.
