Great studio, close walk from Earls Court Station and easy to find. Staff were so lovely on check in and out. Studio was well equipped and lovely toiletries in the shower room. Great fan for the room as it was quite warm. Quiet and safe location, would definitely recommend and go back again to stay, easy for accessing museums, Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. Really liked that we could leave our luggage after checking out, and it was safely locked away until we were leaving later in the evening.

We arrived at 4.45pm and given our key, but the cleaners were still in the studio when we arrived at our room, we had thought as check in was after 4pm that it would be ready. Also, only a microwave and hob, no oven, which in the end was fine as we ate out more, but initially we had thought of cooking a few meals.

It was super easy to collect keys from lockbox as host had texted me the code a couple of days in advance. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for the 3 of us. I was really impressed that there was a washing machine although we weren't there long enough to need it. Perfect location for anyone visiting Southampton University.

Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Had dinner at the hotel and it was also very good. We didn’t realise there was a pool at the hotel but it looked nice. We didn’t get around to trying the exercise room, though it was good they had those available.

Th location of our room was by a fire exit, which was used regularly and disturbed my husband every night. Would be beneficial asking other people to keep quiet when going to their room. Bed was also not long enough for my husband. Fortunately I am deaf and short so not the same problem for me.

Sarah, the host, was lovely, even minded the dogs for a few hours. The property was clean and tidy with a beautiful view. The garden was fully enclosed for the dogs and very well looked after. Easy access to plenty of eating places.

Hotel staff were very helpful,breakfast very good lots of choice. Although their was no lift the staff were great and helped us with our luggage. The room was nice and very clean-loved all the toiletries.

The beds were very hard for us-unfortunately for me it set off my sciatica so we had to leave early.

Picture perfect setting, very friendly attentive staff. Relaxing atmosphere with a decent bar and restaurant. Easy disabled parking outside the main entrance.

Unfortunately we arrived to find that the lift was broken meaning we couldn't access the sea view, accessible room we had booked on the first floor. However with the help of Paul the maintenance manager ground floor accommodation was made available to us eventually.

- the host being annoying with sending like 10 copy-paste with the same information, being super protective of the space and asking to follow a number of ridiculous rules, despite the fact that the property is in a very poor condition. Typical-rund down place, maintained to a bare minimum. I was scared to touch anything in bathroom. Kitchen, similarly, was very run down. It was a bit scary place. -nowhere to park around, the neighbourhood is overloaded with cars. -way too many messages, that became a nuisance, - ridiculous request to take off your shoes at the porch and wear slippers, that were used by dozens of people before 🤢, - street was loud and busy - the flat itself was super loud, I constantly heard someone walking around the house, trying to open/lock the door in their rooms, -I was afraid to use toilet, as there was only one upstairs for 4 rooms! Someone was constantly trying to get in. I just kept everything inside, untill I left! - it was a really bad stay for me. A day before I stayed with some lady from Airbnb and it was way more decent, I had my own bathroom, and price was similar. I regret I didn't book both night with her :(
