It was a cosy room with a window and a nice shared kitchen and garden. The owner kindly let us park our bikes (small city bikes) in the yard, and that was very helpful and safe to park bikes at night.

The room was clean, basic and quiet as we had requested. The lady at check in was polite. I imagine the hotel would be good for trips where you have your car as it's in a nice area.

It's on me but I didn't realise just how out of the way the hotel would be. We had to taxi everywhere as we were just staying the one night prior to flying from Luton airport.

The property was not cleaned before our check in. It was so filthy that we had to look for another property and had to travel 25 miles to find another one at a reasonable price. We were promised a refund of the first day stay, although we had to pay more at the new place than this one. We are still waiting for the refund more than 3 weeks later. Thank you for ruining our vacation!
